1. Processing Time

• All orders are typically processed and shipped within 24 hours on business days (Monday–Friday).
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be shipped the next business day.

2. Shipping Locations

We ship Australia-wide from our HQ in Sydney.

3. Shipping Methods & Times

We offer a range of shipping options at checkout depending on your location. 

Average delivery times are:

• NSW:  2-4 business days 
• Interstate: 3-6 business days 

Please note: Delivery times may vary due to local postal services or peak periods.

4. Shipping Rates

All rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

5. Order Tracking

All orders come with tracking. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.

6. Lost or Delayed Packages

Once shipped, delivery is in the hands of the carrier. If your package is delayed or lost, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.
We are not responsible for shipping delays, but we’ll do our best to support you if issues arise.
